Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns:

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
• If your refund is not processed within this timeframe, please contact us at 440.951.6651 or quote@signspdq.com.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at 440.951.6651 or quote@signspdq.com for assistance.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, our shipping policy is as follows:

 

A) Please review all packages upon receipt.

If a package arrives damaged, the following documentation is required when contacting Signs PDQ for any replacement signage:

- A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box.

- A photo of the damaged item.

- A photo of the packaging material used.

- A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number.

- A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)

- Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)

 

Additionally, please keep the original packaging (including cartons and contents), in case UPS or FedEx needs them for further inspection.

Photos of a damaged package need to be sent within 24 hours of receipt.

 

B) If you choose expedited shipping, Signs PDQ cannot be held responsible for anything that does not arrive ‘on time’ and no refunds will be issued.

Lead Time Policy

At Signs PDQ, Inc., we strive to provide our customers with timely and high-quality products. This lead time policy outlines our processing and shipping times to ensure you know what to expect when you place an order with us.

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times:

• Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
• Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

Custom Orders:

• For custom or made-to-order items, the lead time may be longer. You will be notified of the estimated lead time at the time of your order.
• Please allow additional time for any special requests or modifications.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
